The product Resveratrol is a U.S. Lab Tested Resveratrol. The resveratrol they sell is the only one tested by Biomol. Biomol and Dr. David Sinclair discovered Resveratrol as the most potent activator of the SIRT1 Gene. Their Biomol tests results show that their product tests as well and at times, better than the Biomol research resveratrol.
Sirtris and Dr. sinclair do not sell any products at this time, the only choice for folks to get quality resveratrol that has been tested by Biomol for SIRT1 gene activation is through RevGenetics.

The American Idol Song Theme lastnight (3/25/08) was any song during the year each contestants were born. My favorite performance lastnight during the Top 10 American Idol performances, was that of David Cook performing Chris Cornell's version of "Billie Jean". I wasn't familiar of this Billie Jean version until lastnight when I heard it from David Cook. I am more familiar with the original arrangement of the song by Micheal Jackson. The three judges was amazed by his performance. I think David Cook is very good and he' impresses me each week. He definitely gave a very good rendition of Chris Cornell version, which is awesome in itself. I agree with the judges. David Cook's performance of "Billie Jean" lastnight was HOT! Check out this video below and tell me what you think? Could David Cook be the next American Idol?

Have you heard the news about the 21-Year-Old Message In a Bottle? I just find it awesome. I know a lot of people have tried to do stuff like this, myself included and some of my friends when we were younger, but I haven't heard of one coming back, especially this long. Amazing! The bottle carrying the message of Emily Hwaung, then an elementary school student in a suburb of Seattle, drifts 1,735 miles. The message inside a soda bottle was , "This letter is part of our science project to study oceans and learn about people in distant lands," she wrote. "Please send the date and location of the bottle with your address. I will send you my picture and tell you when and where the bottle was placed in the ocean. Your friend, Emily Hwaung."
Merle Brandell, a 34-year old, bear hunting guide and manager of a local water plant, found the bottle while he was beachcombing along the shore of his tiny Alaskan fishing village. He tried to track down the sender, called the school and sent a handwritten letter.

Do you know how to edit your own comments in other blogs? I'm just wondering how because I posted a comment in a Wordpress blog earlier and accidentally hit the submit button. When I read it again, I realized I made some some mistakes (like when you type so fast, sometimes cursor jumps and you get words misalignment). I wish the blog author would understand what I was trying to say. ![]()

I am sure that you all have heard of Pancreatic cancer but I am sure not everyone knows what Pancreatic cancer really is and its possible causes. You probably have heard about the recent news that the famous "Dirty Dancing" star Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with this form of cancer. I have learned that Pancreatic cancer is a very difficult disease to diagnose, and its symptoms easily go unnoticed. Here's a video (below) of Dr. Manny Alvarez. He talks about this deadly disease in light of the news of Patrick Swayze.

Do you know the meaning of the word abecedarian? I just got interested to post it here because a friend of mine ask me the meaning of this word earlier when she was reading a book. Aside from that, this word sounds like my close friend's family name. I kinda understand the word but to be safe and exact, I looked it up in my VocabVitamins. It is pronounced as [a'-bee-see-DAR-ee-ahn] 1. (n) someone who teaches or studies the alphabet 2. (n) a novice learning the rudiments of some subject. 3. (adjective) relating to the alphabet 4. (adjective) alphabetically arranged (as for beginning readers) 5. (adjective) elementary. That's easy to remember. Just think of first few letters of the english alphabet A-B-C-D...

I learned about this one from UsMagazine.com. famous American idol judge Simon Cowell gave the family of a cancer-stricken 3-year-old $162,000 to pay off their mortgage. He announced it on Oprah Winfrey's Big Give show Monday . He maybe unsparingly blunt and often gives controversial criticisms, and sometimes funny comments contestants and their singing abilities, or lack thereof but he definitely has the heart helping a family in need. Truly wonderful.
This is just another good stories about Simon Cowell.
Kudos to Simon.

I love eating Gulf oysters and I got to have them but everyone needs to be informed, be cautious, be smart, and be sure when eating Oysters. Without question, there is an overwhelming need to inform at-risk oyster consumers about the potential hazard associated with eating raw oysters(3). As such, this website is dedicated to educating the oyster consuming public. It provides a thorough background on Vibrio vulnificus and the health conditions that place an individual in the at-risk category, as well as present tasty oyster products with reduced risk for all consumers to enjoy, including at-risk consumers. So, eat your savory oyster treats raw, steamed, fried, charbroiled, grilled….whatever your appetite desires, just BE OYSTER AWARE!

It's another Beatles week for American Idol and I think David Archuleta gave the best performance among his fellow contestants this week. We were glad that David made a comeback this week after forgetting his song lyrics last week. It was indeed another amazing performance tonight of David Archuleta with his song "Long and Winding Road". We were also glad that Ramiele Malubay picked a better song and gave a better performance compared to previous weeks with her song "I Should Have Known Better". Check out the videos below and hear what the judges comments in case you weren't able to watch the show.

Check out this video (below) of a British immigrant to Australia named Ian Usher. He is putting his entire life, his house, his car, his job, everything, even his friends, up for sale online. You can check the stuffs that he's going to put in auction in his website alife4sale.com. I learned that a painful breakup with his wife has prompted him to auction everything he owns. In his website, you'll find out everything you need to know. He said that, he's still not sure whether this is inspired madness, complete foolishness, or just some sort of mid-life crisis but he has decided that on the day it is all sold and settled, he intend to walk out of his front door with his wallet in one pocket and his passport in the other, nothing else at all, and get on the train, with no idea where he is going or what the future holds for him.

I love pearls. I love its unique luster and its admirable shapes especially those pearl that are perfectly round and smooth. Beautiful pearls are produced within the soft tissue (specifically the mantle) of a living shelled mollusk. I learned from reading Wikipedia that almost any shelled mollusk can, by natural processes, produce some kind of "pearl" when an irritating microscopic object becomes trapped within the mollusk's mantle folds, but virtually none of these "pearls" are considered to be gemstones. The most desirable pearls are produced by two groups of molluscan bivalves or clams. One family lives in the sea: the pearl oysters. These are saltwater clams. I think pearl oysters are not closely related to the edible oysters. Do you eat Oysters? A lot of people, including myself loves to eat Oysters. I must say that everybody must be careful in their consumption of raw Gulf oysters because consumption of raw or undercooked oysters by at-risk individuals may cause serious illness or even death from Vibrio vulnificus bacteria. Vibrio vulnificus is a gram-negative bacterium that occurs naturally in warm, unpolluted seawater. It is better to always be safe than sorry. I learned from Beoysteraware.com that transmission of this bacteria to humans occurs through either direct consumption of raw, undercooked or non-depurated seafood or of wounds to contaminated seawater. Although Oysters are so delicious and offers more health benefits, we can't put our health at risk. Anyone can still enjoy tasty oyster as long as he is oyster aware. Beoysteraware.com is doing a great job in their dedication to educate the oyster consuming public. Anyone can check their website. They provides a thorough background on Vibrio vulnificus and the health conditions that place an individual in the at-risk category,. They also have great tasting Oyster recipes for everyone and great information about products with reduced risk for all consumers to enjoy, including at-risk consumers.

How would you like to have Wireless Security? I found an awesome Yoggie’s personal security. You can enjoy the following
* Block all Internet threats outside, before they reach your PC
* Hide your PC from Internet Hackers
* Boost your PC’s performance
* Dual Flash memory mechanism constitutes an “Untouchable Operating System” barrier for complete physical isolation of your PC from threats
* Protection from known as well as unknown attacks
* Plug and Forget easy installation and operation with no special technical knowledge required
* Security software updates accumulate on the Yoggie’s external mini-server, instead of draining your PC’s resources
Having security software installed on your PC is not enough to protect you from security threats, simply because your PC was not designed for security. IP spoofing, denial of service or buffer overflow attacks can bypass security software and cause damage by utilizing PC-related vulnerabilities. Most importantly, trying to stop the attack from inside the computer is ineffective and may be too late.

I was monitoring the boxing fight of the two great boxers in their unfinished business. rematch. Philippine's pride Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao is the new World Boxing Council super featherweight after he defeated Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez in their thrilling rematch in fully-packed boxing bouts at Mandalay Bay Casino and Resort, Las Vegas (March 15, 2008). It was an excellent fight. Both fighters exchanged good jabs, threw spitfire punches and showed great action to the whole 12 rounds. During their unforgettable boxing match four years ago, Juan Manuel Marquez was knocked down three times in the first round by Manny Pacquiao and that first boxing bout resulted "draw". This time, Manny Pacquiao knocked Juan Manuel Marquez down with a hard left cross late in the third round. Like their first boxing bout in 2004, their rematch tonight was also a bloody slugfest, very exciting to watch. Manny Pacquiao has defeated Juan Manuel Marquez by split decision.
I am just wondering, if this business, Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez boxing fight is really over. Could there be a third fight between them? What do you think?

I don't like it when we can't get a good parking space when we're buying some stuffs in metropolitan area. Do you? It would be nice to drive around town areas without worrying about finding a good parking space of your car. How would you like to have a foldable car? I read in the news this morning that scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are addressing the urban parking problem. They now have on display a miniature version of a foldable car in a campus museum and there are plans to build a full-scale model this spring.
Franco Vairani (L) and Peter Schmitt, PhD students at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, cast shadows on window mural of their City Car, a collapsible, electric, battery powered car they designed, at the Museum at MIT in Cambridge, Massachusetts November 13, 2007.

I am excited for tonight's result of American Idol. Last night, crowds favorite David Archuleta was in his weakest performance. He admitted that he is not very familiar of the Beatles songs and just tried Stevie Wonders version of the song. He's pretty young though so, I could believe him. Heck, I am even older and not so familiar with some Beatles songs. He probably is crumbling under the pressure too especially that everyone expects a lot from him. David Archuleta forgot the lyrics of the song "We Can Work It Out" but I don't think he was the weakest performer among the Top 12 lastnight. This adorable guy has the most fans among the Top 12 I guess. I think Kristy Lee Cook will be going home tonight. She's pretty talented too and but the judges didn't like her singing the country style of the song "8 Days a Week". I didn't like it either. I think Ramiele Malubay might go tonight too. She sang "In My Life" and for me personally, I think she sound pretty good and gave the song justice but the thing is, everyone is expecting more from them and her fellow contestants are pushing harder by picking songs that would show their vocal range. I wish Ramiele Malubay will stay tonight and then pick the right song next time. Everyone knows she can sing great songs even those songs with high pitch. She don't have to play safe especially at this point of the competition. If she wants to win she has to push herself to the limit and show what she got. Like the three judges, I was a little disappointed by her performance these past weeks. I am not saying she's not a good singer. I am just saying she needs to pick better songs that will show her vocal range because she definitely can do and sing better songs even the judges said that. Anyways, I voted for her last night many many times hoping she could stay and do better next time.
For the American Idol Top 12 performances lastnight, I'd pick Chikezie's great surprise performance lastnight. It was awesome. I think Chikezie really stood out lastnight.
Here are videos of their performances:
David Archuleta - We Can Work It Out (March 11)
American Idol Season 7 Kristy Lee Cook " 8 Days a Week "

The New Residence Inn by Marriott St. Petersburg / Treasure Island Beach is awesome. I would love to visit this new residence Inn and take this awesome opportunity to experience their service. When hubby and I takes a vacation, we always consider the hotels/inn's extra amenities aside from the luxurious suites where we could really relax and enjoy our stay. As with all Residence Inn's, I feel that this would be a perfect place to stay in spending a perfect get away. This beautiful suite has awesome extra amenities such as free breakfast, free high speed internet. Are you one of the million fans of American Idol? What do you think about Idol Amanda Overmyer? I usually don't like her voice but I loved her performance lastnight. I think it was her best night so far. I wonder if that performance has secured her a spot on the top 12. We'll know tonight! I sure like her make up last night compared to the her previous performances and I think she's prettier when her make up is simple and hairstyle is not overdone.

According to published reports yesterday, actor Patrick Swayze, has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He starred in two of my favorite films, 1987 movie musical Dirty Dancing (where he was the dance instructor)and the other hit movie, the awesome love story Ghost (where he worked with Demi Moore and Whoopi Goldberg).
His rep said that according to Mr. Swayze's physician, the actor has a "very limited amount of disease and appears to be responding well to treatment."
I am wishing for his speedy recovery.
He has a movie entitled Powder Blue that set for release later this year.
