I always....always watch American Idol from the audition up to the final night. Last night, this was my favorite performance. This is a really good performance of David Archuleta! He has awesome voice, amazing talent and charm. Handsome kid too. I kinda like how he change the tones of the song to make it sound like his own. I think he can win the title. I love his version of this beautiful John Lennon song entitled Imagine

Are you among the many people that loves to eat oysters? Oysters are one of my favorite among exotic foods. I like Gulf oysters those that have the highest quality and safest oysters. Oysters are not only delicious, but they're also very nutritious and well balanced. Your excellent source of zinc, protein, carbohydrates and lipids, vitamin B-12, and omega-3 fatty acids. Oysters are an excellent source of vitamins, that's why oysters are sometimes expensive especially to places where they are not harvested. A lot of people eat oysters in different ways. Some eat oysters raw, others love it smoked, boiled, baked, fried or cooked depending on their personal preference. Precautions should be taken when consuming them because like any other foods especially raw, oysters may carry bacteria. Consumption of raw or undercooked oysters by diabetic or individuals with weak immune system or with liver disease may cause serious illness or even death from Vibrio vulnificus bacteria, bacteria that occurs naturally in a warm, unpolluted seawater. One must be aware of the potential hazard associated with eating raw oysters. Be Informed. Be Cautious. Prevention is always better than cure. Learn more about Oyster and the thorough background on Vibrio vulnificus and the health conditions that place you and your love ones in the at-risk category at Beoysteraware.com and enjoy their variety of different and eclectic oyster recipes. Be Smart and Be Sure. Be Oyster Aware.

I had fun watching this video by GMA7 so I thought I'd share it here. Hope you'll have fun too. They are twin brothers Richard and Raymond Gutierrez. I saw them both in person when they were so little and so cute, I think they were 5 years old, and I was 7. I remember they had a tour to our elementary school and was promoting something, I just could not remember the product. It's either milk or toothpaste. I think it was Nestle Twin. I'm not sure, it's been so long. I was surprised the next time I saw them on television. Both of them are grown up (still so handsome though!) and both are really doing great in their respective careers and crafts.

It has been very busy lately at work and at home. Yes! even at home, I bring work along with me, keeping me still occupied and essentially still in the work mindset. Especially now that we are currently having the privacy fence project at the house and we're not even half done with it. I got the stress I'm trying to escape. I feel that I and my husband really need a sweet vacation for myself to relax and recover from work burn out. I am sure a good vacation will help us rest and enjoy good times, have fun, away from all the busy schedules and fast pace work. I know after a good vacation, we can gather all our creativity and productivity again and return to our lives refreshed and more competent in our fields. Just like batteries, our body needs rest to recharge and give its best performance. I and my husband has been talking about taking a good vacation soon when this fence project is over. We've been working so hard and we deserved to have a great vacation. We've talked about great places that we'll probably visit and checked some flights to New Zealand, we've never been there yet. We know we can get cheap flights from Dialaflight.com and they can help us create the perfect all-inclusive trip to any worldwide destination. We already browse their website and learned that they offer great savings for the dream holiday we've been longing for. It's still a plan but I am already excited for it. Who would not be? It's vacation.

When I first heard this song, I can't help but laugh but I like it right away. Hubby and I like it right away. We were on the road when we first heard this playing. The lyrics cracks me up. It's kinda funny but it's true. I am sure most fathers can relate to this song. Even my husband told me, he'd probably feel the same and do the same if and when we have a daughter going out for her date. He'll probably scare the crap out of the boy.
Rodney Atkins---Cleaning this Gun (Come on in Boy)
The song reminds me of my dad. I remember when I was a teenager, he scares the hell out of my boyfriend(s). Hahaha. I love my dad .... very much!

Are you a student artist? Place your art for sale at an online art gallery.
There's Ugallery.com, a social networking / eCommerce site that enables student artists to place their arts. You as an artists can post a list of their exhibitions, personal statement and of course, original artwork for people to see their works. You don't have to worry of all the shipping because Ugallery takes care of them. It makes the process easy for you to sell your art.
If you're not an artist and just interested in checking out cool and less expensive art works, check their gallery for beautiful arts for sale. This a nice networking because buyers and artists can interact by leaving comments on the Ulog section of the site. Aside from that, there is also a cool feature on the site that allows you, buyer to see what a piece of art will look like on your wall before you hang it. This will give you a better way to picture out the art in your own home or office, whereever you may want the piece of art displayed.

Do you know how to capture a screen shot? Taking a screen shot is helpful especially to people doing website reviews and for people interested of adding a screen shot for a better presentation. In case you are wondering what a screen shot is, here's a sample I created below.
Some of my blogger friends were asking me how to capture a screen shot of a computer's screen so I thought I'll post it here. There are various programs that would capture a picture of your screen but the one I use the most is the Print Screen button of my computer keyboard and the Paint Program. I then just crop the picture using Microsoft photo program. So, here's the steps:
How To Capture A Screen Shot.
Step 1. Make sure that the active window is the page you're wanting to take a picture of.
Step 2. Click on the Print Screen key. This will supposedly copy the active window in your desktop onto the clipboard. After clicking the Print Screen key, you are then ready to paste it into any graphics program. (In some computers, you need to click the print screen and Alt key at the same time.) The screen print button is usually on the top row of your computer's keyboard. The key is usually marked PrtSc or PrtScn.
3. In your computer's Paint Program, follow the instructions on the picture.
If you don't know how to find your paint program, simply Click Start at the bottom left side of your computer screen, Click All Programs, Click Accessories and look for Paint.
Step 4. After saving your file, you can edit the picture, crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot or resize, whatever you want to do with it, using an image editor. I use Microsoft Digital Image program to crop images.
Step 5. Your screen shot is ready to use.

Do you play baseball? I know many people love baseball. I do too. I think it's a fun game. I used to play baseball when I was younger. In my wildest dreams, I was wishing to own a baseball team. I am not sure if this dream would be possible in real life but at least online, I could make it real. Yes! I could make it real in fantasy baseball management simulation webgame. Simyard.com gives anyone their chance to own a baseball team. SimYard is a new fantasy baseball management game. Unlike most fantasy baseball games, the players on your team do not represent real players in the major leagues. All of your players are fictitious, and they are yours to play, dismiss, and train, as you see fit. This is so awesome, Isn't it? Also, know that each month brings a new season and a new chance to take the pennant. It brings a new opportunity for you to train your players how you want to train them and you choose your opponents, your pitcher and your lineup and just like any games, you play to win. If you interested in this awesome game, you can register for free at their website. You just have to have a valid e-mail address to sign up. Then you can create a user name and choose a password, create a team, and start playing in minutes! Once you signed in, created a team. It is so cool because when you create a team, you will need to punch in the team location and the nickname of your team, then you select 3 colors and 3 letter ticker for your logo, just like a real baseball team, you have your own logo. You can also have your own stadium. Like a real baseball owners, you should review your lineups and pitching setup and then head to the public fields and find an opponent.
I signed up already. Maybe we can play sometime soon. Just let me know or find me there. My user name is precious185. I enjoyed the chatroom and oh! I love the design and the color of the site. I enjoyed watching the live game with other teams playing too and was monitoring the score board. It's really I cool site, you will love it.

I learned that brokerskills.com offers a great opportunity for everyone to become a commercial loan originator, broker from home or office. Anyone interested can work on a full or part-time basis. It's a nice program that don't need any prior experience. It's a great program because they will teach everything an aspiring broker need to know. Do you purchase medicines or brand name prescriptions online? I found the lowest prices for FDA-Approved Online Prescriptions at Edrugstore.md online pharmacy. You can get safe, secure, private, and convenient way to buy your online prescriptions and get your order fast and at a price that saves you money. Edrugstore.md has been online for 8 years, and only sells name brand prescription drugs. They don't sell generics. If you have some questions, you can ask their pharmacists and physicians because they offer free medical consultations, plus their customer service is available 24/7. You don't have to worry about the informations you get because their pharmacists and physicians are reliable and US-licensed and and their online pharmacy store only dispenses FDA-approved prescription medications. Isn't this great? We all want to safeguard our health. I love their product pricing section because they have the product information too, it's precautions, how it works, drug interactions and the possible side effect. You'll learn more about the product itself. They even have a unique health forum that serves as a one stop support community for diseases, conditions and health topics. You can register for free and join the discussions about influenza, gastro-intestinal, pain relief, sexual health, skin care, weight loss, womens health and other important health topics. Or you can enjoy their important and very helpful health articles.

In two more weeks, the one and only Oscars awards night will be shown live. I heard that the show will go on even the midst of writer's strike. There's some optimism that the strike is about to end but it is still not sure. In case the labor strike isn't resolve, the show will still go on because the organizers of Oscars are planning an alternative program. This years Oscars awards night will be hosted by Jon Stewart.

A lot of bloggers and website owners have been hurt by their page ranks drop down. I noticed many other blogs and forums I read are experiencing a drop too even the ones that are way much established and use a lot of intra linking have been hit hard. What about you? have you noticed or experienced a drop in PageRank?
IZEARanks.com recently launched a tool that calculate Blog Ranks . RealRank is the first site ranking service that focuses exclusively on measuring the traffic and influence of individual blogs throughout the blogosphere.
You, as blog owner embed code on their blog and this piece of javascript collect data and report a rank based on actual traffic. You can choose whether you want to display pageviews and visitors or just your RealRank. What's nice is that, unlike other ranking systems, the RealRank scoring algorithm is public. The system weights blogs 70% on daily unique visitors, 20% by daily active inbound links and 10% by daily page views as reported by ITK. Check out the site and sign up for the service. Registration is free!

Edith, a very good friend of mine, tagged me to post a picture of a Mad Me. I tried looking for some mad pictures to post here but I could not find any. I laugh a lot even when the situation is not funny. Hehehe. I'm just kidding but seriously I laugh a lot. I think I got more funny bones in me. Really, it's hard to find one mad pic of me. I think I have some but I might have toss it somewhere or probably have thrown away. Would you keep a bad picture? hehehe! I normally smile when someone's taking pictures of me unless when it's a stolen shot. Anyways, if I find one, I'll post it here. I found this cool website that create fake magazine covers from Edith's blog. I tried it and here's my pics below.

Over time, the Filipino way of living has changed a lot, thanks to the influence of the western culture. The once-simple living has gone wonderfully sophisticated that it seems we have gradually lost the traits unique us Filipinos. Even so, we can’t and won’t deny the fact that rooted in our spirit and being is the pride that we are indeed Filipinos.
But how Filipino are you? Are the Filipino traits strong in you? Are you the typical Filipino? Take this simple quiz I have fabricated to determine your being Filipino. Read the items below and tell whether or not you do or exhibit them and count the items that are true to you. After evaluating all the items refer to the gauge below with your points. Remember to take seriously the frequencies (at least once, twice…) in the items; if you lack even one frequency, then don’t count the item.
Here it goes:
1. You can speak Filipino (erstwhile Tagalog).
2. Whenever necessary, you take the hand of an elder relative and pat the back of the palm of that hand to your forehead and say “mano po”
3. You know “bayanihan” and had witnessed it personally at least once.
4. You’ve seen a bahay kubo at least once.
5. You’ve ridden on a jeepney at least five times.
6. You have separate clothes for in-house and outside use (pambahay at panglakad)
7. You’ve eaten adobo, dinuguan, kakanin, tuyo, dilis
8. Your meal is incomplete if without rice
9. You hear Sunday masses and attend Misa de Gallo with your family.
10. You can sing “Lupang Hinirang” very well, with no lines missed.
11. You don’t care donning ragged and torn clothes exclusively for use inside home
12. You have bought items in a “sari-sari store” at least ten times
13. You have played patintero, tumbang preso and piko during your childhood.
14. You can sing at least five OPM songs, and know what OPM means
15. You know the Philippine presidents from the year of your birth onwards.
16. You have witnessed “balagtasan” at least thrice.
17. You’ve been recounted with stories involving aswang, tikbalang, manananggal, nuno sa punso.
18. You’ve been read, have read or have heard Filipino legends (Ang Alamat ng…).
19. You’ve lived, stayed or visited Philippine places other than your city or town at least seven times.
20. You’ve visited local (or public) wet market at least five times.
21. You have heard guys trying to sing Englebert Humperdink songs on a karaoke machine.
22. Your main means of expressing anger is tampo.
23. You eat with your hands or use your fork and spoon together.
24. You visit home taking with you a few balikbayan boxes.
25. You use "po" at "opo" when talking to older people.
26. You don't feel comfortable callingpeople older than you bytheir first names.
27. You know what a "karitela" and "balut", "bagoong" are.
28. You packed the rice in Banana leaves.
29. You eat green mangoes with raw shrimp in it.
30. You eat the fried or grilled chicken feet.
Here’s the gauge to tell how Filipino you are: [It increases as you add your own items so adjust your gauge according to your # of items. For those that I tagged...your highest score now is 30 because of the last 3 I added. Make sense? Hopefully...]
----------------
21 - 27 = The Filipino blood, spirit and flame burns intensely in you. You are the typical Filipino, who takes pride of your nationality.
17 - 20 = You are proud of your being Filipino and that the traits unique to most Filipinos live in you.
11 - 16 = You are the Filipino who, even adopting strongly the cultures of other nations, still don’t forget some old ways of the Filipino life.
7 - 10 = The Filipino culture has little by little been forgotten by you. You need to at least try some of the items mentioned.
4 - 6 = The Filipino culture has substantially faded in you, or that you have not been exposed to the true, authentic traits of being a Filipino.
1 - 3 = You’re a Filipino, only that you may have not been born and raised in the Philippines and had not lived up or been accustomed to the ways of Filipino living.
0 = You’re not a Filipino.
----------------
Again, if you are a Filipino reader of mine - please consider yourself tagged! This does not prompt you to repost this quiz, however it would be better if you did. You have to add at least three items to the quiz, and you should tag a dozen people after your post. There are a lot of unique Filipino traits and I don’t see any reason why you can’t think of three of them. Do not copy the listed items; provide/make your own and add them to the list above. Let’s see how long the list can get.

Anger is only one letter short of danger. If someone betrays you once, it is his fault; If he betrays you twice, it is your fault. Great minds discuss ideas; Average minds discuss events; Small minds discuss people. He, who loses money, loses much; He, who loses a friend, loses much more; He, who loses faith, loses all. Beautiful young people are accidents of nature, But beautiful old people are works of art. Learn from the mistakes of others. You can't live long enough to make them all yourself. Friends, you and me...You brought another friend...And then there were 3...We started our group...Our circle of friends...And like that circle...There is no beginning or end...Yesterday is history.Tomorrow is mystery.Today is a gift.
So now, let's see how many circle's of friends we can make by simply adding your link on this Friendship Meme!
