Shoe Attacks at President George Bush

I was surprised when I saw this video on the news. An Iraqi Journalist threw shoes at (but missed) President George W. Bush during a news conference, on a farewell Baghdad visit. The man standing beside the US President is Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The Iraqi journalist, Muntadar al-Zeidi, who threw his shoes one after the other, was arrested and is being interrogated. The US President was not hurt. I'm just wondering, what if it the shoes thrown were a woman's pointed high heels and hit President Bush? Those can be a deadly weapon you know? I admired President Bush impressive reflexes and good instinctive response. He dodge it both times. It's good to see President Bush in his supremely self-composed and dignified reaction.
